Owning land should be simple and accessible. That is why Warner Land Holdings LLC offers owner financing directly to qualified buyers. Instead of working through a bank or traditional lender, you work directly with us.

1. Choose Your Property

Browse available parcels and select the property that fits your goals, whether that is recreation, long-term ownership, investment, or a future build site.

2. Secure the Property

A down payment and a $199 non-refundable document fee secure the property while your paperwork is prepared. The document fee covers preparation of your purchase agreement, financing documents, and administrative processing.

3. No Credit Checks or Banks

We do not run credit checks or require traditional loan approvals. If you can make the down payment and agree to the monthly payments, you are qualified.

4. Simple Digital Paperwork

You will receive a clear purchase agreement and financing documents to review and sign electronically. Everything is straightforward and transparent.

5. Easy Monthly Payments

Make affordable monthly payments directly to Warner Land Holdings LLC. There is no interest and no prepayment penalty, so you can pay off your land early at any time.

6. 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

If you decide the property is not the right fit within 60 days, you may exchange it for another available property in our inventory or request a refund of payments made, excluding the $199 document fee.
